The terms and conditions outlined below are integral to the agreement between you, the student (and parent or legal guardian), and Ramona Feyrer’s tutoring services. These conditions apply to the tutoring services as described in promotional materials and conversations.

Currency
Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Bank Details
Details will be provided upon registration for direct transactions.

Confirmation/Invoice/Tutoring Documents
Upon receiving your registration, I will acknowledge receipt and issue an invoice. A deposit of CHF 300 is required to confirm your enrollment, with the balance due 30 days after invoice receipt or at least two weeks before tutoring commences. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of enrollment. Tutoring materials and plans will be shared upon full payment, approximately ten days before the start.

Changing Your Reservation
I strive to accommodate changes with a minimum fee of CHF 60, capping at CHF 150 per booking for any adjustments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. A CHF 300 fee applies per person for cancellations, with additional charges as follows if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start date:

29–15 days before start = 30% of invoice total
14–8 days before start = 60% of invoice total
7–0 days before start = 100% of invoice total
A 100% refund is available for cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test 72 hours before starting, with proof of the positive test required.

Insurance
Students must have valid health and accident insurance. I can advise on policies if needed, especially for students from outside the EU or Switzerland.

Price Changes
I reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseeable major events, with the option for clients to cancel without charges if the increase exceeds 10% of the total cost.

Responsibility
I am responsible for the accuracy of service descriptions and the professional execution of the tutoring program. My liability is limited to double the cost of the tutoring program.

Complaints
Any issues should be immediately reported for resolution. Complaints not resolved during the program must be communicated within 30 days after its conclusion for consideration.

Program Changes or Cancellation
I reserve the right to modify or cancel the program due to external circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient enrollments, offering alternatives or refunds as applicable.

Reservations
I reserve the right to dismiss any student whose behavior disrupts the program, with associated costs borne by the parent or guardian. No course fee refunds for students who leave or are dismissed early. Valuables should be entrusted to me for safekeeping.

Promotional Material
I may use images or videos of tutoring sessions for promotional purposes, with respect for privacy and ethical considerations.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with Montreux as the jurisdiction for any disputes.

Future Study Discounts
Participants engaging in further tutoring or courses may be eligible for discounts, reflective of their commitment to continued learning.
